The pre-sale system of residential units of the beautiful Mina residence project belonging to the financial group of Maskan bank was implemented in 2014 by the AKAF team. This online portal was updated in 2016 and published with new graphic and user.

This complex was designed and built with the investment of Maskan bank financial group on a land with an area of 13520 square meters on 13 floors and in the form of a ship.In addition to 46 to 295 square-meter residential apartments, the Mina residence complex has separate gyms for men and women, a supermarket,kindergarten, a children’s playground,and office and service buildings. Enjoying 9000 meters of green space,incas and recreational space are other features of this complex.This complex is located on a land area of 13520 square meters in the lands of Marjan coast.

Our Technology

The core of our software is developed using Node.js. The most significant aspect of this section is that it is implemented with the Nest JS framework and programmed in TypeScript.We use PostgreSQL or MongoDB databases, which are among the best in the world.

Admin panel of your project is developed in React.js and Website or PWA (Progressive Web App) of your project is developed in Next.js with Typescript. The Android version of the application is developed in Kotlin and also IOS version of the application is developed in Swift

All programmed components, both on the back-end and the front-end, have been implemented using the GraphQL architecture, which provides significant capabilities for data management and powerful reporting
