About Tisa Kish

Tisa Kish, a real estate sales company, launched its website and sales portal in 2014 with implementation by the Akaf team. Through this portal, the company enabled online sales of residential units in Kish Island. This system was one of the most modern sales platforms at that time, encompassing all aspects of sales, from marketing and advertising campaigns to contract signing and installment reminders.

As a subsidiary of the International Construction Development Company and Ghadir Investment Holding, Tisa Kish was established with the goal of investing in various types of construction projects, including residential, commercial, tourist, sports, recreational facilities, and more on Kish Island. It aimed to attract investors for participation in all executive activities, as well as the import and export of various building materials, equipment, and machinery.

Currently, the company’s most significant activities include the construction of the “Didar Kish” residential project and the “Tisa 1” commercial and recreational complex. The “Tisa City” residential complex, located in one of the highest points on Kish Island within the Didar Loop, spans an area of 38,800 square meters with a total infrastructure of 54,572 square meters.The majority of the residential units offer stunning sea views from the north and east sides.

Our Technology

The core of our software is developed using Node.js. The most significant aspect of this section is that it is implemented with the Nest JS framework and programmed in TypeScript.We use PostgreSQL or MongoDB databases, which are among the best in the world.

Admin panel of your project is developed in React.js and Website or PWA (Progressive Web App) of your project is developed in Next.js with Typescript. The Android version of the application is developed in Kotlin and also IOS version of the application is developed in Swift

All programmed components, both on the back-end and the front-end, have been implemented using the GraphQL architecture, which provides significant capabilities for data management and powerful reporting
